today i made someone
really really angry
as this is the second time
i cancel the plan
feel really bad
i have to apologize
& i did but i knew
it is still no use.
but i do not want to
say why i m unable to meet
coz they are still excuses
as fact that i did cancel
the plan last time..
plus my excuse is a ladies
problem bet many people
hate to take this as an excuse~
so i refuse to say why
but to replace with a
sorry~

well i bet many ladies
out there will hate these days
when specially it hurts badly
i have a small way to smooth
down the pain..
get a warm water bag
and place it at the aching
area it will help to
smooth down the pain a little
and most important
relax...
hoping my small little tips
does help to ease some of your
problems during each month~
and now i got to
apologize to my friend~


hope it will be okies
and so do my Friday interview
will be good!!!
